This web site is about Darlitia's journey on the roads of the world starting May 1, 2005 from The Netherlands to as far as she can go until either she gives out or her budget does.
It is my hope that this web site will bring others a sense of joy and help answer some of the questions concerning round the world trips and also to keep my family and friends abreast of where I am and where I will be during my journey. Please be forgiving of any typos or misspellings. It is not done through ignorance of the English language, but speed of data entry and lack of time for proofing as I am on the road. I am finding it time consuming, as it is, to keep a daily journal. So this journal posting is very much a raw document.
This is my first web site ever. I basically went to Barnes and Noble bought a book on Front Page Web Design and had this web site up and running within six weeks. So I am very much self-taught. All graphics and banners are made by me from scratch and not for anyone's use but my own. Please do not copy them without my permission. If you, as a reader, find any problems with this web site please email me with the information and I will endeavor to fix it as soon as possible.
