A SUMMER DAY IN ALASKA

Monday July 25, 2005

Here are a few pictures of a beautiful summer day in Anchorage Alaska  with my boyfriend and I. It was a lovely sunny day to be bike riding and bumming around town, with music in the park and a outdoor Saturday market to go to. It was the first time I had biked since coming home and my first time biking without my panniers. The bike wobbled all over the place, everything was so twitchy. I am so use to handling the weight from the panniers that I had to re-teach myself how to handle a non-loaded bicycle. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed myself completely! In some ways it is very nice to be back home and in others it is not.

Do you see the skyline of Anchorage?
