Czechoslovakia and Poland DAY 46 Wednesday JUNE 15 2005 This morning is to be my last morning in Czechoslovakia. We take a long bus ride to the border and sleep in Poland tonight. Here are the last views of the Czech Republic.
my last views of Czechoslovakia.

We stopped in a cute little village for lunch, but I didn't have time to run up to the castle. I had the best pizza here. This was our last village on the Czech side. Czechoslovakia reminds me a lot of Sweden or Palmer. The country side is very similar.
When we reached the border crossing, we were stopped and searched. I don't think any of us have second lives as drug lords. So we all got off took our pictures, laughed, and ate chocolate while watching the whole scenario. I was very glad that I live by the motto what happens in Amsterdam stays in Amsterdam. Afterwards we made it to our hotel and went for dinner. Our tour guide livened things up by giving us each a shot of vodka. After dinner we walked around our hotel in Poland and here are some of the views.
Then we went to a traditional Polish dance show. It was held especially for us. They were quite wonderful and very energetic. They ended their show by inviting some of the tour group to come dance with them. Afterwards the whole gang and I stood around singing songs we learned in grade school. Songs like Home on the Range, and Row Your Boat. I am very glad we stopped short of Joy to the World. All in all it was a relaxing, fun, filled day.
